Arrival
Starting the appointments at the scheduled time is very important to us. You are therefore kindly requested to arrive at our place no later than 10 minutes before your appointment in order for us to take all the information that is required. Any delayed arrival may result in reduced massage time without price reduction.
Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.
Cancellations and refunds
– Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, will receive a full refund or a voucher to use the full amount within 30 days.
– Cancellations made 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, will receive a 50% refund or a voucher to use the full amount within 30 days.
– Cancellations made 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, will not receive any refund but will be given a voucher to use the full amount within 30 days.
– Cancellations of less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, will not receive any refund nor will be given a voucher.
– No-shows will not receive any refund nor will be given a voucher.Any delayed arrival may result in reduced massage time without price reduction.
– Cancellation or change of appointment using a gift card made less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows will result in gift card redemption.
– If your prepaid appointment cannot take place due to the business’ responsibility, you will receive a full refund.
Gift card terms
– Massage Inn gift cards are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase without the possibility of extension.
– For the redemption of the electronic gift card, it is necessary to present the relevant email, while in the case of the physical gift card, the card must be submitted to the reception on the day of the appointment.
– Gift card redemption is based on the current price list. For the recommended services included in the gift cards, redemption is based on the cost of the specific service on the date the gift card was purchased.
– The company is not obligated to send a notification regarding the upcoming expiration of the gift card.
– For gift vouchers with a value of up to €150, redemption can be made in up to 3 visits.
– When making the reservation, it is necessary to mention that the appointment is for gift card redemption.
– Cancellation of an appointment booked with a gift card can be made up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, the gift card will be automatically redeemed. Failure to show up for the appointment will also result in the automatic redemption of your gift card.
– The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, and no refunds are provided to either the purchaser or the recipient.

Terms of prepaid individual packages
– Our packages are individual and can only be used by the purchaser.
– 4-session packages must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of the first session, while 10-session packages must be redeemed within 50 days from the date of the first session. After this period, the package cannot be redeemed, nor can the amount be refunded to the purchaser.
– The company is not obligated to send a notification regarding the upcoming expiration of your package.
– Appointment cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, a session will be deducted from your package. Failure to show up for the appointment will also result in a session being deducted.
